Welcome to Erica and Garrick's wedding and our first blog entry!

This special day simply blew us away (figuratively and literally, it was quite windy!). This was such a beautiful occasion set in the stunning Central Otago/Southern Lakes District at Lookout Lodge, Hawea. The day was packed full of heartfelt and genuine fun, full of laughter and warmth - this was a wedding which touched the heart and was an absolute pleasure to be a part of!

We started our coverage of the day with the girls getting ready in Hawea...

The ceremony was held at one of the most stunning wedding locations we have seen - Lookout Lodge, Hawea. Surrounded by mountains it even provided some much appreciated shelter from the blustery winds coming off the lake in Hawea!

Lookout Lodge also provided a stunning backdrop for the portraits, with a multitude of little spots to take advantage of...

The reception room was beautifully decorated with lots of gorgeous personal touches!
